INHORGENTA offers free Wi-Fi on the Munich Trade Fair grounds.
Network name: messeWifi

These are located in the basement of the West and East entrances and on the ground floor or first floor of the North and North-West entrances.
They usually start one hour before the trade fair begins and end one hour after the end of the trade fair.

To ensure that your valuables are kept safe, mobile lockers are set up at the entrances as needed. The fee per locker is 1 EUR. Larger items of luggage can be left at the cloakroom.

The lost property office for the exhibition center in Riem is located in the security center in the exhibition building at Gate 1.
The lost property offices are open around the clock and accessible from outside. Lost property is kept for around four weeks and then handed over to the city’s lost property office.

The medical service is always present at events. Medical stations can be found at the West and East entrances and in Hall C4 – depending on the hall’s occupancy. Paramedics and doctors treat medical emergencies directly on site.

The security service is constantly on duty throughout the entire exhibition grounds.

Trade fair-specific information is available at the information counters in all occupied halls and entrances.
The information counters are marked with a large “i” and are located on the north sides of the A and C halls, on the south sides of the B halls and in the entrances in front of the turnstiles.
